The first and most famous Tudor chrono…

This year marks 50 years of the Tudor chronograph, you can read our story here! The first watch and the one that kicked it all off was the 700 series, known by collectors as the Home Plate due to the hour markers that look like the home plate on a baseball field. We are offering the reference 7031 with black plastic tachymeter bezel. The bezels on these watches can often be damaged but this example is really really great. The dial is in fantastic condition with no corrosion or bubbling and the hour markers have taken on a nice, creamy patina. The case, including lugs and crown guards is in excellent condition. The folded link Oyster bracelet reference 7836 is in good condition with minimal stretch, has a clasp stamped ‘1 71’ and is fitted with ref 282 endlinks. The watch has been fully serviced by our watchmaker.
