Rolex Submariner Dark Brown Meters-First Matte Dial 5513

The Dark Brown Meters-First Rolex Submariner

Finding really nice matte, meters-first 5513s is becoming very difficult – finding one that has turned tropical and remains in stunning condition is one-in-a-million! We are happy to offer one of the nicest 5513 meters first we have seen recently. When the sun hits the dial the watch changes from deep, warm black into chocolate delight and magical tones. You get lost in it...

This matte dial variation was the first matte finish dial that Rolex mounted into the 5513 following the gilt glossy dials. This example has beautiful creamy plots that match the hands and they are all near perfect. The case has benefitted from a recent clean up and is strong all round. The bezel insert has naturally faded to a charcoal shade that adds real vintage charm to the overall look of the watch. This really is a very rare opportunity to acquire a dream vintage Rolex sports watch.  The watch is accompanied by an American rivet link bracelet with the correct ‘C&I’ stamp on the clasp. The watch has been fully serviced by our watchmaker.
