The Inside Story

When the Romans became Buckley…

The ‘Buckley’ dial Datejust is a cool watch that acquired its nickname after New York dealer John Buckley who collected these dials and shared them on the Vintage Rolex Forum (VRF). The Buckley dial features painted black Roman hour markers and this 16030 is fitted with a beautiful white example with crisp black printing, complimentary black hands and nice creamy lume plots. The case remains in great condition with strong lugs. The reeded bezel has good definition , the Jubilee bracelet, reference 62510h, is in very good condition and has reference 550 endlinks and a clasp stamped ‘H 4’. The watch has been fully serviced by our watchmaker.
