Omega Seamaster SM300 166.024-67 BTTR Set

The Big Triangle Action Man Seamaster Date

The Omega Seamaster is now becoming one of the most sought after dive watches on the market. Finding one is great condition isn’t easy however and so we are delighted to offer this outstanding example of a ‘Big Triangle’ Seamaster Date. The dial in this watch is in excellent condition, with hour plots that match the sword hands in good condition with a stunning, deep and all original patina. The dial features a large triangle at 12 o’clock, which led to collectors terming these watches ‘Big Trangle’ Seamasters. The big triangle was developed for the British Royal Navy, which coupled with the sword hands gives this watch a real military vibe. The asymmetrical case is still strong, showing some evidence of the original factory lines. There is a Portuguese import stamp on the upper lug, which is supported by a full Omega Archive extract that confirms the watch was delivered to Portugal in 1968. The bezel insert has a small crack, but is still in great condition. The watch has been fully serviced by our watchmaker.

This watch is accompanied by a true collector item which was hand selected by Bernhard himself. We are adding a very cool and collectible 50th anniversary Action Man Scuba Diver doll in NOS condition with all its accessories in the original box!  You can read the full story in the second chapter of the „Back to the roots: An Omega journey with Bernhard“ series HERE
