There are very few sports watches that have attained the iconic status that the steel Daytona has. In 2000 Rolex introduced their first fully in-house chronograph movement, the calibre 4130 with the launch of the 116520 Daytona. Since the introduction of the latest version with a ceramic bezel, the reference 116520 has become a hot watch with collectors.
This example remains in really great condition with a strong case and perfect condition white dial. The solid link Oyster bracelet reference 78490 is in superb condition and features solid end links (SEL) and a clasp stamped ‘PJ 1’. The watch comes with the original guarantee card with country code 531, indicating that the watch was sold in 2009 in Saudi Arabia. The watch has been fully serviced by our watchmaker.

Our Warranty
We offer a one-year warranty on the mechanical function of the watch, starting from the day of purchase. We do not guarantee the waterproof nature of any (vintage) watch, unless expressly made in writing. Therefore, our warranty will not cover any damage done to the case and/or movement by water or moisture entering the watch. Our warranty does not apply to accidental damage or mishandling of your watch and does not extend to the bracelet, case parts (including pushers, winding stem, crown and bezel), watch glass, dial and hands.
