THE INSIDE STORY

While slightly smaller and lighter than its Force counterpart, this Porter Tanker 2Way Helmet Bag provides lots of space in its main compartment with two inside pockets and a detachable transparent document pouch, as well as in the two outer pockets.

With its highly durable yet very soft outer material – and the orange lining – inspired directly by the iconic MA-1 flight jacket, the Tanker collection offers timeless style that will gain even more character with everyday use.

THE BRAND

ABOUT PORTER
HANDCRAFTED IN JAPAN
Porter bags offer timeless style and superior quality from an authentic background of traditional Japanese craftsmanship that maintains its own high standards since the 1930s.
At Bulang and Sons, we have gotten used to these bags in our daily life, since they are as functional as they are beautiful. For the full story of how our team got to know, love and present these rare and precious items, check the link in the picture on the left.

TIMELESS DESIGN
FOR EVERYDAY USE
First and foremost, Porter produces bags for everyday use and that is one of the key reasons for Bulang and Sons to stock them. Porter Yoshida stands for timeless, iconic designs which are low-key and elegant.
At the same time and for eight decades now, the Japanese brand represents an uncompromising stance on handmade quality and certain ethical values which we also have come to follow and believe in.

TWO LASTING MATERIALS
TANKER AND FORCE COLLECTIONS
Bulang and Sons offers pieces from the Tanker and Force collections, which both share qualities we also like in our watch straps – mostly that they feature high-quality materials which last and age very well. Furthermore, both lines have a strong design background and can be considered modern classics.
The Tanker collection was introduced in 1983, inspired by vintage military items and in particular the iconic MA-1 bomber jacket. The Force line is rooted in the fact that military bags were once made of the most different lots of fabrics. Its outer material is inspired by a special yarn that was originally used for the foundation of rubber boats.
