I recently made two purchases from Bulag and sons. I purchased the Diablo black NATO and was thrilled with the quality. The leather is top notch and the burgundy highlights with black are unique.
I immediately made another order for the Siena tan NATO and the carmel tan and black two-piece strap. The leather used in all these products is beyond my expectations. It feels like fine Italian glove leather. I am particularly fond of the caramel leather two-piece strap that I was able to order in a long variety. It may be the most comfortable leather watch strap I own and I collect dozens of watches. It somehow manages to have a durable thickness that is seamlessly tapered, while remaining exceedingly soft and pliable, requiring no significant break-in period. The same applies to the leather NATOs and the black example.
I was, however, unable to employ the discount code despite sending an email and attempting to receive help. I spend a significant amount of money (over $700) and the code I was sent after signing up for the email miler just would not work so I abandoned the effort after two emails requiring assistance. This was disappointing.
Additionally, I would be interested in purchasing more straps, but your options for long two-piece leather straps were limited only to the black and light tan. The siena two piece darker tan was sold out in long. Having an 8 1/3 inch wrist I struggle to find watch straps that fit and was pleased to see you had some long options. I would like to see more of your selection offered in long. That all said, I couldn't be happier with the straps I received and I commend your artisan craftsmanship and plan to be a repeat customer.
